I was thrilled to hear President Donald Trump’s recent campaign speech where he vowed to take a strong stand against what he aptly called “transgender insanity” and the mutilation of gender-confused children. These are issues that truly matter to parents like me who care deeply about the well-being and future of our children.

President Trump declared, “On day one, I will sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children.” I couldn’t agree more with his commitment to protecting our children from harmful ideologies that are being forced upon them in schools.

Furthermore, President Trump promised, “And I will keep men out of women’s sports. I will sign a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states.” It’s reassuring to know that he is determined to safeguard the integrity of women’s sports and prevent the unnecessary medical procedures on vulnerable children.

During his previous term, President Trump signed an executive order that prevented federal agencies from imposing critical race theory on employees and contractors, a move that many conservatives, including myself, wholeheartedly supported.

While some may argue that President Trump did not take action in his first term to address the chemical and sexual mutilation of gender-confused children, it’s essential to recognize that he was committed to upholding conservative values. His administration consistently opposed the transgender movement, and he understood the concerns many conservatives had about it.

I appreciate that President Trump acknowledged the complex nature of this issue and the link between transgenderism and the broader conservative movement. It’s essential for our leaders to understand the nuances of these topics as they impact our society and our children’s futures.

In contrast to President Trump’s stance, there are those like Governor Chris Christie who oppose any limits on these dangerous and unscientific procedures, believing that parents should have the authority to make decisions that could have irreversible consequences on their children’s lives. This divergence of opinions underscores the importance of having a leader like President Trump who is willing to stand up for conservative values.

Even Vice President Mike Pence, a respected member of the administration, has expressed his belief that individuals aged 18 and over should have the right to represent themselves as the opposite sex, demonstrating that there can be differing viewpoints even within the conservative camp.
